ERIN LOSCIALPO INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Custom Homes + Renovations
From construction plans to the design details, we guide the interior design process through every phase of your custom home or renovation. We work closely with homeowners, architects, and builders to refine floor plans, improve functionality, and make informed design decisions.
Our full-service approach encompasses everything from space planning and layout refinements to custom cabinetry, millwork, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and architectural finishes.
We guide material selections, coordinate design details, and collaborate with builders and trades throughout the renovation process, ensuring every element works together to create a home that feels cohesive, personal, and beautifully considered.
Kitchen + Bath Design
Kitchens are where life happens, while bathrooms offer a place to unwind and recharge. We design both with an appreciation for beautiful details and the way you live every day. Whether renovating an existing space or starting from scratch, we consider how you cook, entertain, get ready, and move through your daily routines to create spaces that feel as effortless as they are beautiful.
Our services include space planning, custom cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, and material selections. Working closely with homeowners, builders, and trades, we refine layouts, maximize storage, and coordinate the details that make these hardworking spaces feel effortless.
Furnishings + Styling
Effortlessly layered, comfortably lived-in, and full of personality. We bring a distinctly California sensibility to furnishing homes, mixing timeless pieces with unexpected finds, natural textures, and details that make a space feel entirely its own. Whether furnishing a primary residence, a second home, or a single room, our approach balances relaxed sophistication with the way you actually live.
Our full-service furnishings process includes space planning, furniture selection, custom upholstery, rugs, window treatments, lighting, artwork, and accessories. We consider scale, proportion, and how each room relates to the next, sourcing everything from custom pieces to one-of-a-kind vintage finds.
From procurement through installation and final styling, we bring the details together to create interiors that feel collected over time rather than decorated all at once.
Design Consultations
Sometimes a fresh perspective is all it takes to see the possibilities. Our design consultations offer personalized, professional guidance for homeowners looking to refresh a space, navigate a renovation, or make important design decisions with confidence.
Whether you're weighing layout options, selecting finishes, choosing furnishings, or simply feeling stuck, we bring creative ideas and practical solutions to the conversation.
Available in person throughout California or virtually for clients nationwide, these focused sessions are tailored to your home, your style, and the decisions ahead. We'll help you explore options, refine your vision, and establish a clear direction, without the commitment of a full-service design project.
Following your consultation, you'll have the freedom to move forward independently or continue working with Erin Loscialpo Interiors on a more comprehensive design project.
