IRVINE TRADITIONAL
For this Irvine traditional home furnishings project, Erin Loscialpo Interiors curated a mix of classic silhouettes, soft neutrals, and organic textures to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Each piece was selected to complement the home’s architecture while adding comfort and quiet sophistication.

ALAMO HAVEN
Located in Alamo, California, this single-story ranch home’s primary suite was remodeled to transform a small, dated bedroom and bathroom into a serene, light-filled retreat while honoring the home’s original character. Raising the ceilings to reveal the pitched roofline added openness and architectural interest, instantly elevating the space. Warm finishes, layered lighting, and spa-like details create a timeless, restorative primary suite that blends comfort with quiet luxury.

BAY AREA BUNGALOW
This San Mateo bungalow, located in an upscale Bay Area neighborhood just south of San Francisco, was fully remodeled to honor its original Spanish character while updating it for modern living. A newly uncovered exposed beam and a bay window overlooking lush, mature trees helped shape a design that feels rooted in history yet fresh and inviting. Hand-painted tiles, timeless finishes, and moments of whimsical wallpaper bring personality and warmth to this thoughtfully reimagined home.

LAGUNA GETAWAY
Inspired by Southern California’s effortless beach lifestyle, the Laguna Beach vacation home remodel blends warm natural woods, crisp white finishes, and tactile materials to create an inviting foundation. Wallpaper, collected art, and travel-inspired treasures add depth and character. Pops of color and unexpected design moments bring personality and warmth throughout. “I wanted the home to feel elevated but approachable, with a signature California coastal vibe,” says Erin Loscialpo.

TUSTIN RANCH RETREAT
Located in a suburb of Orange County, this home was refreshed by our California design studio to feel more functional, current, and reflective of the homeowners’ bold style. We reimagined the primary suite with rich emerald greens, warm woods, and striking natural stone, blending colorful, modern elements with the home’s traditional architecture. The result is a vibrant, personalized Orange County remodel designed for a family who loves to travel, entertain, and live adventurously.

COCO COTO
Nestled within the beautiful gated enclave of Coto de Caza, this once-traditional 1990s home was completely reimagined for an empty-nester couple ready to embrace a fresh chapter. We removed dated walls and curved transitions, replacing them with clean, architectural lines that instantly modernized the home and improved flow. A dramatic new staircase became a focal point, setting the tone for the transformation and connecting each space with intention and clarity.
